These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the collection and use of your personal information when you provide your email address to receive a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) via the Yakult Science Study Day evaluation form. By submitting your details, you agree to these Terms.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

All survey data collected will be anonymised to help inform future activities. Anonymised summaries will be available to Yakult partners to further optimise activities, provide on-going quality assurance and to inform future training needs.

Your email address provided optionally in the evaluation form will be collected solely for the purpose of sending a CPD certificate of attendance at the 2025 Yakult Science Study Day.

4. Data Retention

Yakult is committed to protecting your personal data. All information collected will be stored securely in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not share your data with any third parties.

By providing your email address via the evaluation form:

• You confirm that the information provided is accurate and your own;
• You consent to Yakult using your email address for the purpose of sending your CPD certificate to you.
