Yakult UK & Ireland offer grants of up to £1,000 to support participation in virtual, national or international conferences or training opportunities.
Complete the application form and return it (along with supporting documents) to science@yakult.co.uk before the application deadline stated below. Completed application forms should be accompanied by evidence of current student status or degree graduation date.
Applications will be open year round, but will be held until the next application deadline (see below) and then reviewed by the judging panel. All applications will be reviewed by at least two members of the Yakult Science Team, and scores will be determined using specific judging criteria. Successful applicants will be informed within two weeks of the application deadline.

The Yakult Educational Grant funds will be reimbursed after the event, once the successful applicant has provided a short summary (max. 500 words) explaining how the grant has supported their professional development. This will be used on the website and in our newsletter. We request that you include photos from the event where possible.
