Dr Holly Neill holds a PhD in nutrition and has experience managing and conducting human trials across a range of topics including vitamin D, polyphenols, B-vitamins and cardiovascular health in both healthy populations and ileostomy patients. Before transitioning to industry, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher and has presented her published research internationally.
Tiphaine Boulin is a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) specialising in public health, with MSc degrees in Human Nutrition and Global Health and Development. She has led evidence reviews, developed accessible science communication materials, and worked on initiatives spanning breast cancer prevention, sugar-reduction strategies, and public-health messaging. She is particularly interested in women’s health and the role of nutrition and the gut microbiota in supporting long-term wellbeing.
Lucy graduated from the University of Leeds in September 2024 with an MSc in Nutrition. She is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with experience creating evidence-based content and working alongside award-winning nutritionists. Lucy is passionate about translating the science of gut health into accessible content that supports healthier, happier lives.
