Yakult Science for Health Gut Health Bundle Competition

  1. The competition is open to health care professionals, researchers and students over the age of 18 except employees and families of employees of Yakult UK Ltd and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this competition.

  6. There will be 1 winner. The prize winner will be chosen randomly and the promoter’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Only entries which have been correctly submitted via a follow, like, and one comment with #YakultScienceGiveaway on the competition post on Instagram will be given the chance to be entered into the prize draw.
  8. Winner and prize: One randomly chosen entry will win 1x 1.2L Stanley cup, 1x navy sleep mask, 1x microscope stress ball, 1x pair of microbes socks, and 1x 52-week gut health habit tracker tear pad. Prize is valued at £70.00.
  9. No purchase necessary.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value without notice.
  11. Prizes are non-transferable  and non-negotiable.   No cash alternative will be offered.
  12. Correct entries will be chosen at random on Monday 24th March 2025.  The winner will be contacted via a reply on their successful entry and will have 48 hours to respond to the Direct Message and claim their prize.
  13. Promotion period: Opening date 09:00am Monday 10th March to closing date 23:59pm Friday 21st March 2025.
  14. The Promoter will make a list of the winner’s surname and county available to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting science@yakult.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by emailing science@yakult.co.uk.
