Yakult nutritional information

Both Yakult and Yakult Light contain the same high number of the unique strain Lactobacillus casei Shirota, and have the same flavour and benefit.

Yakult Light has less sugar and fewer calories, and contains a sweetener derived from the stevia plant (steviolglycosides).

Both products are fat-free and gluten-free.

Original Yakult (with a red top)

Ingredients: Water, skimmed milk (reconstituted), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, maltodextrin, flavouring.  

 

Contains a minimum of 6.5 x 109 live cells of Lactobacillus casei Shirota (that’s 6.5 billion per bottle)

Ingredients: Water, skimmed milk (reconstituted), sweetener: maltitol syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, thickener: polydextrose, flavouring, sweetener: steviolglycosides.  

 Contains a minimum of 6.5 x 109 live cells of Lactobacillus casei Shirota (that’s 6.5 billion per bottle).
