The standard cost of the symposium is £100, reduced to £50 for NHS employees. This fee includes a full day of presentations, a conference folder, lunch and refreshments.

Book before 31st July to be eligible for early bird rates: £75 (standard), or £35 (NHS).

Payment should be made by cheque, payable to Yakult UK Ltd.

If delegates are unable to attend, they may substitute a colleague but please try to give at least seven days notice prior to the conference. If necessary, the booking may be cancelled up to 14 days before the conference without due reason and a full refund will be given.
